Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí agrese a šikany na druhém stupni základních škol
ve Šluknovském výběžku. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici pojmu agrese,
agresivity a šikany, včetně klasifikace šikany, identifikace aktérů a popisu důsledků tohoto jevu.
Dále se věnuje vysvětlení strategií prevence šikany aplikovatelných na základních školách.
Empirická část práce se zabývá prozkoumáním systémem prevence v tomto regionu, která je
provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi pedagogy, řediteli a metodiky prevence
spolu s průzkumem dokumentů jako je školní řád a minimální preventivní program.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the prevention of aggression and bullying at the second level in Šluknovské vyběžek. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the concept of aggression, aggressiveness and bullying, including the classification of bullying, identification of actors and description of the consequences of this phenomenon. Furthermore, it is devoted to the explanation of bullying prevention strategies applicable in primary schools. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on exploring the prevention system in this region, which is conducted through a questionnaire survey among teachers, principals, and prevention methodologists, along with a survey of documents such as the school rules and minimum preventive program.
