Abstract
Do léta roku 2022 procházela středem středočeské obce Heřmaničky 4. tranzitní železniční koridor, který byl v rámci modernizace a zkapacitnění přeložen do nové stopy mimo zástavbu obce. Po dokončení revitalizačních prací přejde opuštěné drážní objekty i samotné těleso dráhy do majetku obce. Tato dříve těžko prostupná bariéra, která dělila obec na dvě části, má nyní možnost se stát spojovacím prvkem.
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zpracování územní studie na lokalitu opuštěné trati a území obce Heřmaničky, kterými procházela. Území bude prověřeno a rozděleno z hlediska náplně a charakteru. Cílem práce je navrhnout další rozvoj a pochopit návaznosti na veřejný prostor obce. Práce se zaměří na možnosti vytvoření míst, která budou rozvíjet společenský a komunitní život v obci.
Until the summer of 2022, the 4th transit railway corridor passed through the center of the Central Bohemian village of Heřmaničky, which was transferred to a new track outside the built-up area of the village as part of modernization and capacity building. After the completion of the revitalization works, the abandoned railway buildings and the railway itself will become the property of the municipality. This previously hard-to-pass barrier, which divided the village in two, now has the opportunity to become a connecting element. The bachelor's thesis aims to prepare a territorial study on the location of the abandoned track and the territory of the village of Heřmaničky through which it passed. The territory will be examined and divided in terms of content and character. The aim of the work is to propose further development and to understand the connections to the public space of the village. The work will focus on the possibilities of creating places that will develop social and community life in the village.
