Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je objasnit problematiku rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu, se zaměřením na Business Angels.Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Business Angels v České republice, ale i zahraničí. V úvodu stručně popisuje charakteristiku rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu, v dalších částech popisuje typy tohoto kapitálu a jeho výhody a nevýhody v České republice. Samostatná kapitola je pak věnována jen Business Angels. Tato kapitola popisuje historii, definici, osobnost a typy andělských investorů. Dále popisuje situaci Business Angel´s investic v Evropě. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na Business Angel investory v České republice. Věnuje se situaci andělských investic v České republice a známým skupinám andělských investorů. Dále popisuje nejzajímavější andělské investory a přináší jejich projekty. Poslední část bakalářské práce nastiňuje možnosti jak upoutat andělského investora.
The main purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is to clarify issue of Venture Capital and Private Equity, which focus mainly on Business Angels. The bachelor´s thesis refers to problems of Business Angels investments in the Czech Republic, but also in foreign countries. Introduction describes briefly characteristic of Venture Capital and Private Equity, in further parts describes different types of Venture Capital and its advantages and disadvantages in the Czech Republic. An independent chapter is dedicated only to Business Angels. This chapter describes history, definition, personality and types of Business Angel investors. It also describes situation of Business Angel´s investments in Europe. The third chapter focuses on Business Angel investors in the Czech Republic. It dedicates to situation of Business Angel´s investments in the Czech Republic and well-known groups of Business Angel investors. It also describes the most interesting investors and introduces their projects. Last part of bachelor´s thesis indicates ways how to catch investor´s attention.
