Abstract
Tato diplomová práce analyzuje současný stav systému řízení v závodě Faurecia ISB, s.r.o. vzhledem k požadavkům pro získání statusu dodavatelů první úrovně Q1. Úvodní část obsahuje potřebný teoreticko-metodologický základ. Pro účely praktické části jsou zde objasněny hlavní pojmy týkající se kvality, koncepcí, funkcí a cílů systému managementu kvality (QMS), dále pojmy IATF, AIAG, ISO a ČSN EN ISO a v neposlední řadě také klíčové normy ISO pro řízení kvality v automotive, především ISO/TS 16949. Tuto kapitolu uzavírá stručné představení firmy Ford motor company doplněné o výčet specifických požadavků zákazníka Ford a nástrojů požadovaných pro řízení kvality.Praktická část se zaměřuje na firmu Faurecia ISB s.r.o., status Q1 a sebehodnocení MSA. Součástí práce je projektová dokumentace: definice cíle metodou SMART, SWOT analýzy, Konfrontační matice pro strategii ke SWOT analýze, diagram činností WBS a Ganttův diagram. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá posouzením připravenosti závodu na získání statusu Q1 provedeného pomocí analýzy mezer, (tzv. GAP analýzy), připravené na základě zákazníkem definovaného sebehodnocení (Q1MSA) obsahujícího 80 jednotlivých otázek. Vyhodnocení analýzy obsahuje výčet všech zjištěných nedostatků (mezer) a návrhy nápravných opatření, které závodu pomohly dosáhnout požadovaného stavu a tím úspěšného obhájení auditu Q1MSA (provedeného STA inženýrem Ford ) a podstatně zvýšilo šance na udělení statusu Q1 po náběhu výroby nového projektu Ford. Každé opatření je také zhodnoceno vzhledem k implementaci, účinnosti a všem přínosům. V závěru práce je zhodnocen celkový stav přípravy závodu na základě výsledků analýzy, včetně dalších doporučení.
This master thesis analyzes the current state of management system in the plant Faurecia ISB, s.r.o. regarding to the requirements for the achievement of Q1 first level supplier status. The introduction contains the necessary theoretical and methodological basis. For the purposes of the practical part the main terms related to quality concepts, functions and objectives of the quality management system (QMS) are explained. Also terms IATF, AIAG, ISO and ČSN EN ISB, or the key ISO standards for quality management in the automotive industry, especially ISO / TS 16949 are explained as well. This chapter is concluded with a short introduction of the Ford motor Company, accompanied by a list of Ford customer-specific requirements and tools required for quality management. The practical part focuses on the Faurecia company ISB s.r.o., Q1 status and Ford Manufacturing Self Assessment (MSA). The thesis project documentation includes: SMART method, SWOT analysis, confrontational matrix for the SWOT strategy analysis diagram of activities WBS and Gantt chart. The fundamental part of the work deals with the readiness assessment of the plant Faurecia ISB for the status of Q1. This was performed by using gap analysis, which was prepared based on customer-defined assessment (MSA) 80 individual questions. Evaluation of analysis lists all identified differences (gaps) and proposals for corrective actions, that helped the plant to achieve the required state and the successful performance of the Q1MSA audit (performed from Ford representative STA engineer) and significantly increased the chances for the achievement of Q1 status after launch of the new Ford project. Each measure is also assessed with respect to the implementation, efficiency and all the benefits.
