Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá klientským programem v diagnostických ústavech pro mládež. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat výchovné procesy v konkrétním diagnostickém ústavu a zjistit spokojenost klientů i odborných pracovníků s daným programem. Tyto údaje byly získány průzkumem, který byl realizován ve vybraném pražském diagnostickém ústavu.Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zpracována pomocí studia odborné literatury a část empirická, je realizována dotazníkovým šetřením. V teoretické části je definována riziková mládež se zaměřením na druhy poruch chování a na jejich klasifikaci. Další částí byla ústavní výchova, to, jakým způsobem se klienti do takové výchovy dostanou, a její rozdělení dle jednotlivých institucí. Zároveň byli blíže popsáni jednotliví profesionální zaměstnanci, kteří pracují v diagnostických ústavech a kteří tak zajišťují výchovné programy, které jsou v daných organizacích zavedeny. V empirické části jsou pomocí grafů zobrazeny a následně popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření.
This bachelor thesis deals with the client program in diagnostic institutes for youth. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to examine the educational processes in a particular diagnostic institute and to find out the satisfaction of clients and professionals with the program. These data were obtained by a survey, which was carried out in a selected Prague diagnostic institute.The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is processed through the study of professional literature and the empirical part is realized by a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part defines young people at risk with a focus on the types of behavioral disorders and their classification. The next part was institutional education, how clients get into such education, and its distribution according to individual institutions. At the same time, the individual professional employees who work in diagnostic institutes and who thus provide educational programs that are established in the given organizations were described in more detail. The empirical part uses graphs to display and then describe the results of the questionnaire survey.
