Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma time management manažera v konkrétním podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení využívání času konkrétního manažera vycházející z literatury a navržení opatření k zefektivnění práce manažera výroby. První část práce je zaměřena na definici pojmů vázající se na time management, která je rozdělena na plánování činností manažera a plánování času manažera. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována představení firmy Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. V této firmě je za pomoci manažera výroby realizována druhá část. Šetření probíhalo formou vedených rozhovorů podle jednotlivých témat. V závěru bakalářské práce je shrnutí zjištěných výsledků šetření a navržení možných zlepšení k zefektivnění práce konkrétního manažera výroby.
This bachelor thesis deals with time management of manager in selected company. The goal of bachelor thesis is evaluate the use of time by the specific manager based on literature and propose measures to streamline the work of the production manager. The first part is focused on the definition of terms related to time management, which is divided into planning the activities of the manager and planning the time of the manager. The second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the introduction of the company Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. The second part is realized with the help of production manager of this company. The survey took the form of interviews according to individual topics. At the end of the bachelors thesis is a summary of the survey results and suggesting possible improvements to streamline the work of a particular production manager.
