Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvyšováním kvalifikace u odsouzených mužů ve Věznici Jiřice během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Práce popisuje organizační jednotky Vězeňské služby, zvyšování kvalifikace odsouzených na odborném učilišti Střední škola VIZE, spolupráci s externími subjekty a program zacházení jako jednu z možností vzdělávání. V části empirické mě zajímalo především dosažené vzdělání v souvislosti s recidivou a zda vzdělávání během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody pomůže ke snazšímu hledání zaměstnání a zařazení do společnosti.
This bachelor thesis deals with the increasing number of qualifications for convicted men of Jiřice Prison during imprisonment. The thesis describes the organizational units of the Prison Service, upskilling of sentenced men in the special Secondary School VIZE with the collaboration of external entities and treatment program as one way of earning. In the empirical part I was first interested in knowing what would be the educational achievements in relation to relapse, and whether education during imprisonment helps to facilitate job search and inclusion in society.
