dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat možnosti karbonizace objemných, kolmo kladených netkaných struktur. Jako výchozí suroviny pro výrobu objemných struktur byla použita tato vlákna: Kynol, Basofil, Nomex, Kevlar a Viskóza. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřená na seznámení se základními pojmy související s výrobou objemných netkaných textilií, představuje způsob výroby uhlíkových vláken a jejich možnosti využití. Experimentální část práce se zabývá karbonizací objemných struktur v laboratorní karbonizační peci. U výsledných materiálů byla provedena mechanická zkouška (testování stlačitelnosti struktury) a byly sledovány změny struktury vzorků na rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this diploma project was to examine the possibilities of the carbonization of the high-bulking, perpendicular-laid nonwovens. The following fibers were used as a original raw-material for the manufacturing of the nonwovens: Kynol, Basofil, Nomex, Kevlar and Viscoze. The theoretical part of this project is focused on the basic conceptions in relationship with the manufacturing of the highloft nonwovens. Further it presents the methods of the production of the carbon fibers and the possibilities of its usage. The experimental part of the project is engaged in the carbonization of the highloft nonwovens in a laboratory carbonizatial furnace. The mechanical test (compressibility of the structure) was made on the final product, as well as the changes of the structure of the samples trought the REM microscope were monitored.en
