Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesní podporou pracovníků pečujících o seniory. V teoretickém rámci jsou definovány obecné předpoklady, dovednosti a kvalifikační požadavky na pracovníky v sociálních službách. Věnuje se kompetencím k výkonu přímé péče, etickým zásadám a možnostem podpory managementu. Pojednává také o motivaci a vysvětluje důležitou úlohu supervize, včetně jejich funkcí a forem. Popisuje rizika spojená s výkonem přímé péče a prevenci těchto rizik v pomáhajících profesích. Praktická část se soustředí na průzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit rozsah profesní podpory, zdroje motivace a míru rizik v pomáhající profesi. Průzkumné šetření je realizováno formou dotazníků, které jsou následně analyzovány. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky průzkumu, z kterých jsou vyvozeny návrhy opatření.
The bachelor thesis deals with a professional support of workers who take care of the elderly people. In the theoretical framework are defined general assumptions, skills and qualification requirements of workers in social services. This part is dedicated to competences of a direct care, ethical principles and the possibilities of management support. The thesis presents the necessity of motivation and it explains an important role of supervision, including its forms and functions. Also risks connected to the direct care and their precautions in assisted professions are described.The practical part of the thesis focuses on a research dealing with a scope of a professional support, sources of motivation and risk level in the field of assisted profession. The survey is implemented in the form of questionnaires, which are then analysed. At the end of the thesis the results are summarized and the measures are proposed.
