Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice osvojení jako formě náhradní rodinné péče, přičemž hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na možnost adopce dětí homosexuálními páry. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. V teoretické části je rozebráno osvojení z hlediska právního rámce v České republice, včetně jeho forem, podmínek a průběhu. Další kapitola se věnuje homosexualitě, historického vývoji jejího vnímání a právním institutu (registrovaného) partnerství. Následuje část zaměřená na homosexuální páry ve vztahu k osvojení dětí. Součást je také reflexe společenských postojů k homosexualitě a právům stejnopohlavních párů v české společnosti a faktorům, jež je ovlivňují. V empirické části práce jsou prostřednictvím rozhovorů s "laickou" veřejností zkoumány názory na adopci dětí homosexuálními páry. Cílem je porozumět hodnotám, předsudkům a argumentům, které ovlivňují veřejné mínění v této oblasti a zachytit různorodost postojů.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of adoption as a form of substitute family care, with the main focus on the possibility of adoption of children by homosexual couples. The thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part analyses adoption from the perspective of the legal framework in the Czech Republic, including its forms, conditions and process. The following chapter addresses homosexuality, the historical development of its perception and the legal institution of (registered) partnership. The next part focuces on homosexual couples in relation to the adoption of children. The thesis also includes a reflection on social attitudes towards homosexuality and the rights of same.sex couples in Czech society, as well as the factors that influence these attitudes. In the empirical part of the thesis, opinions on the adoption of children by homosexual couples are examined through interviews with the "lay" public. The aim is to understand the values, prejudices and arguments that influence public opinion in this area and to capture the diversity of attitudes.
