dc.description.abstract	This Bachelor`s paper deals with the issues of making use of the leisure time of the mentally handicapped children and young people that are pupils at Special Schools in Liberec. The objective of the paper is to describe the structure of the activities that are run and their suggestibility in comparison with the age and degree to which these children are handiccapped. The paper has been divided into two sections. The theoretical section looks at the nature of mental handicaps, the upbringing and education of children, and the possibilities of using leisure time with respect to the nature of the handicap. In the practical part, the assumptions in the field of leisure time are verified in general with the help of methods and are defined in the sphere of education outwith instruction. The paper leads into proposed measures that concern the availability of activities and facilities that are used during leisure time.	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou využívání volného času dětí a mládeže s mentálním postižením, kteří jsou žáky Speciálních škol v Liberci. Cílem bylo popsat strukturu provozovaných aktivit a jejich ovlivnitelnost v porovnání s věkem a stupněm postižení u těchto dětí. Práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývala charakteristikou mentálního postižení, výchovou a vzděláváním dětí a možnostmi využívání volného času vzhledem ke specifikaci postižení. V praktické části byly za pomoci metod ověřovány předpoklady z oblasti volného času obecně a vymezeny na okruh výchovy mimo vyučování. Práce vyústila v navrhovaná opatření, která se týkala dostupnosti aktivit a zařízení zabývajících se volným časem	cs
