Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oběťmi trestných činů a počtem obětí mravnostních, majetkových a násilných trestných činů v okrese Česká Lípa za časové období let 2010 - 2013. Práci tvoří dvě strukturované oblasti. Jedná se o teoretickou část, která se věnuje základním pojmům. Pomocí pramenů a i formačních zdrojů popisuje vývoj trestního práva, osobnost pachatele, viktimizaci, syndrom oběti, prožívání újmy, důsledky trestného činu pro oběť a rozděluje pomoc obětem trestných činů, kdy se jedná o laickou, právní, sociální a psychologickou pomoc. V empirické části popíšeme výběrový vzorek a výběrovou oblast, použitou metodu, kterou si následně rozdělíme a pomocí analýzy a studie dokumentace zjistíme, zda počet obětí trestných činů stoupá, klesá či stagnuje. V neposlední řadě zjistíme i skutečnost, která nám sdělí, zda je vyšší počet obětí násilných trestných činů než počet obětí majetkových trestných činů.
Bachelor thesis deals with the victims of crimes and number of victims of vice, property and violent crimes in the district of Česká Lípa for the time period 2010 - 2013. The work consists of two structured areas. This is a theoretical part, which is devoted to the basic concepts. Using springs and even formation resources describes the development of criminal law, the personality of the offender, the victimisation, the syndrome of a victim, experiencing the injury, the consequences of the crime for the victim and divides the assistance to victims of crimes, when it is a laical, legal, social and psychological assistance. In the empirical part we will describe the selection of the sample and the selection area, the method used, which can subsequently divide and through the analysis and study of the documentation we find out whether the number of victims is rising, declining or stagnant. Finally, we find out the fact , which tells us whether there is a higher number of victims of violent crimes than the number of victims of property crimes.
