dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the non-profit sector development in Czech Republic since 1989. The aim is to monitor this progress and assess the current position in our state. The first part focuses on the non-profit sector characteristics and non-profit organizations characteristics as well. It explains the fundamental terms and definitions. It also discusses the possibilities how to finance the non-profit sector; it is engaged in the concept of non-profit organizations management as an effective tool how to manage every organization. It describes the non-profit sector development and his current situation. The non-profit sector is until now days affected by state political history since the Velvet revolution; the thesis clarifies important relations. The final part contains an analysis of selected non-profit organization. The basic information about the company is provided, it points out its problems and recomands appropriate solutions.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje neziskového sektoru v České republice od roku 1989. Cílem je zmapovat tento vývoj a zhodnotit současnou pozici neziskového sektoru u nás. První část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku neziskového sektoru a neziskových organizací, vysvětluje základní pojmy a definice. Dále se věnuje možnostem financování neziskového sektoru, přibližuje pojem řízení neziskových organizací jako efektivní nástroj vedení každé organizace. Popisuje vývoj neziskového sektoru a jeho současný stav. Neziskový sektor je dodnes ovlivněn politickým vývojem státu od Sametové revoluce, práce objasňuje důležité souvislosti. Závěrečná část práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané neziskové organizace. Uvádí základní informace o společnosti, poukazuje na její problémy a doporučuje vhodná řešení.cs
