Abstract
Úkolem této práce je najít řešení modelové laboratorní výrobní linky, která je především určena pro studijní účely a poskytne návod, jak linku sestrojit a oživit. Práce se zabývá koncepcí laboratorních modelů výrobních stanic FESTO MPS, kdy jsou za sebe zařazeny tři tyto stanice. Cílem je návrh a realizace uspořádání řídicího systému stanic na bázi PLC automatů výrobce B\&R Automation, kdy je třeba vyřešit i jejich vzájemnou komunikaci, která je zde řešena na bázi Powerlink. Součástí je také realizace systému detekce chyb, grafické ovládací rozhraní a jednoduchá realizační dokumentace, podle které bude možné stanici oživit a uvést do provozu.
The task of this work is to find a solution to a model laboratory production line, which is mainly intended for study purposes and will provide instructions on how to assemble and line commissioning. The work deals with the concept of laboratory models of FESTO MPS production stations, when they are arranged three MPS stations. The goal is the design and implementation of the control layout a system of stations based on PLC automata manufactured by B\&R Automation, when it is also necessary to solve their mutual communication, which is based on Powerlink. It also includes the implementation of the detection system errors, a graphical control interface and a simple implementation document tace, according to which it will be possible to revive the station and put it into operation.
