Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozhodováním v řízení zásob malého podniku. Ke spolupráci byla zvolena firma DIAGNOSTIKA - RÝDL, s.r.o. Cílem je navrhnout způsob, který by vedl ke zlepšení rozhodování o zásobách v podniku. K tomu jsou použity statistické metody. Základní pojmy a metody statistické analýzy podniku jsou popsány v teoretické části. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Výsledky diplomové práce může podnik použít při implementaci nového systému řízení zásob.
Thesis is focused on decision-making in the inventory management of a small company. The company DIAGNOSTIKA - RÝDL, s.r.o. was chosen for cooperation. The objective is to propose a way that would lead to improvement in stock decision-making in company. Statistical methods are used for this. The basic terms and methods of statistical analysis are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the individual methods are applied to the selected company. The results of the thesis can be used by the company in the implementation of a new inventory management system.
