dc.description.abstractDiploma thesis considers level of physical activity for children of fifth class in the primary schools. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to find out the level of the physical activity for children of fifth class in the primary schools in Liberec region. In diploma thesis we made a research in a choosen group of children of fifth class in the primary schools in Liberec region about the level of their physical activity with usage of pedometers along with this point we try to find out through the questinaires of determinants implications in physical excercises the reasons which influence their participation on movements and excercises. From the elaborated results we found out through the pedometers that selected group of children of fifth class in primara schools in Liberec region filfilled recommended level of physical activity and that the most frequent determinant which influence childrens participation on physical excercises are friends and family.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá úrovní pohybové aktivity dětí 5. tříd základních škol. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění úrovně pohybové aktivity dětí 5. tříd libereckých základních škol. V diplomové práci jsme u vybraného souboru dětí 5. tříd libereckých ZŠ sledovali prostřednictvím krokoměrů úroveň jejich pohybové aktivity, a zároveň jsme u nich prostřednictvím dotazníků determinantů účasti na cvičení zjišťovali důvody, které ovlivňují jejich účast na pohybu a cvičení. Ze zpracovaných výsledků jsme zjistili, že prostřednictvím krokoměrů splňuje vybraný soubor dětí 5. tříd libereckých ZŠ doporučenou úroveň pohybové aktivity, a že nejčastějším determinantem, který ovlivňuje účast dětí na cvičení, jsou kamarádi a rodina.cs
