Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kvality života lidí s narušenou komunikační schopností. Cílem je analyzovat úroveň kvality života lidí s narušenou komunikační schopností. V teoretické části vymezujeme pojmy komunikace, řeč, jazyk a komunikace u dospělých. Popisujeme specifika přístupu k lidem s narušenou komunikační schopností, definujeme vhled do historie péče o osoby s narušenou komunikační schopností. Specifikujeme příčiny vzniku a klasifikace narušené komunikační schopnosti. Charakterizujeme pojmy a jevy, které souvisejí s problematikou narušené komunikační schopnosti u dospělých. Mezi tyto pojmy a jevy patří logopedická intervence, augmentativní a alternativní komunikace a nejčastější příčiny poruch u dospělých. Zabýváme se kvalitou života lidí s narušenou komunikační schopností, definujeme kvalitu života, posuzovaní kvality života a vztahy kvality života jedinců s narušenou komunikační schopností. Dále popisujeme komplexní péči a podporu pro lidi s narušenou komunikační schopností, organizace, péči a sdruženími podporující lepší kvalitu života pro osoby s narušenou komunikační schopností. V empirickém rámci věnujeme pozornost výzkumu zaměřenému na analýzu úrovně kvality života lidí s narušenou komunikační schopností. Výzkum uskutečňujeme formou pozorování a polostrukturovanými rozhovory s jedinci s narušenou komunikační schopností, s členy jejich rodin a odborníky. V závěru diplomové práce provádíme komparaci získaných výstupů a názorů na danou problematiku. Svá zjištění shrnujeme v závěrečné diskuzi, navrhovaných opatřeních a v závěru.
This diploma thesis deals with the quality of life of people with impaired communication ability. The aim is to analyze the quality of life of people with impaired communication ability. In the theoretical framework, we define the terms of communication, speech, language and communication in adults. We describe the specifics of access to people with impaired communication ability, define an insight into the history of care for people with impaired communication ability. Specify the causes of impaired communication ability origin and classification. We characterize the concepts and phenomena associated with impaired communication ability issues in adults. These terms and phenomena include logopedic intervention, augmentative and alternative communication, and the most common causes of disorders in adults. We are addressing the quality of life of people with impaired communication ability, defining quality of life, assessing quality of life and quality of life relationships for individuals with impaired communication abilities. We also describe comprehensive care and support for people with disrupted communication skills, organizations, care and associations that promote a better quality of life for people with impaired communication ability. In the empirical part, we pay attention to research aimed at analyzing the quality of life of people with impaired communication ability. We conduct research through observation and semi-structured interviews with individuals with impaired communication skills, with family members and professionals. In the end of the thesis we compare the obtained outcomes and opinions on the given issue. We summarize our findings in the final discussion.
