Abstract
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na téma kořenových čistíren odpadních vod. Vymezuje pojmy přirozený a umělý mokřad, zabývá se typy kořenových čistíren odpadních vod, druhy používané vegetace, látkami čištěnými v kořenových čistírnách, provozem a údržbou. Dále se zabývá látkou hexachlorcyklohexan v obecné rovině a technologií Wetland+.
V rámci praktické části byl proveden botanický průzkum umělého mokřadu na lokalitě v Hájku. Byly vyhodnoceny rozdíly v druhové diverzitě a pokryvnosti jednotlivých druhů v umělém mokřadu mezi lety 2022 a 2023 a rozdíly ve stavu vegetace na počátku léta a na podzim.
The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of root wastewater treatment plants. It defines the terms natural and artificial wetland, deals with the types of root treatment plants, the types of vegetation used, the substances treated in root treatment plants, operation and maintenance. It also discusses hexachlorocyclohexane in general terms and Wetland+ technology. Within the practical part, a botanical survey of an artificial wetland in the Hájek area was carried out. Differences in species diversity and species cover in the artificial wetland between 2022 and 2023 and differences in vegetation condition in early summer and autumn were evaluated.
