dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the issue of using the potential of Web 2.0 to increase competitiveness of the company. Its main subject of research is the potential of next generation services and their benefits for companies that use these services. Specifically, the practical part aims at examples of using social networks. Particular emphasis is placed on social network Facebook, which is currently the most important representative of Web 2.0 services. Main part of the work is focused on the analysis and the proposal for using this social network to increase competitiveness of the company and also on defining metrics to evaluate the success of implementation of social networks in the company. In the work there is also suggested using of Wiki system and Cloud services. Interim goal of the work is comprehensive summary information about Web 2.0 services and their comparison to the first version. The work refers mainly to change of ingrained patterns of communication when the author of the web content was only a creator of this web portal to user participation in content creation. An integral part of this interim goal is a presentation of the most important services which use these new generation approaches.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití služeb Web 2.0 v podnikovém prostředí pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Hlavním předmětem zkoumání je potenciál služeb nové generace a jejich přínos pro společnosti, které tyto služby využívají. Konkrétně se v praktické části práce zaměřuje na příklady využití sociálních sítí. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na sociální síť Facebook, která je v současnosti nejvýznamnějším zástupcem služeb Web 2.0. Nosnou částí práce je analýza a návrh využití této sociální sítě pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti a definování metrik pro hodnocení úspěšnosti nasazení sociálních sítí ve firmě. V práci je dále navrženo využití Wiki systému a Cloudových služeb. Dílčím tématem práce pak je ucelené shrnutí informací o službách Web 2.0 a jejich srovnání s první verzí. Práce především poukazuje na změnu dříve zažitých schémat komunikace, kdy autorem obsahu byl pouze tvůrce webového portálu, k participaci uživatelů na tvorbě obsahu. Nedílnou součástí toho dílčího tématu je i představení nejvýznamnějších služeb využívající tyto přístupy nové generace.	cs
