Abstract
Práce se zabývá studiem analýzy technologických operací sestavených pomocí metod MTM a TZN. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku stanovování norem času spolu s porovnáním rozdílů u metodik pro normování výkonu. V experimentální části je charakterizován vytipovaný výrobek, kde jsou porovnány rozdíly normočasů u jednotlivých operací dle rozdílnosti u metod MTM a TZN. V závěrečné části je provedeno porovnání výsledků obou metodik s formulací závěrečného doporučení.
The work deals with studio analyses technological operation built - up by force of methods MTM and TZN. Theoretic part describes problems stipulating standards time in conjunction with comfrontation differences by methodics for standardization achievement. In experimental parts is characterized product, where are compared differences " standards of ime" by the single operation according to methods MTM and TZN. In final parts is performed comparison results of both methodist with formulation final recommendation.
