Abstract
Cílem práce je, na základě zmapování a analýzy souvislostí jednotlivých procesů týkajících se oboru logistiky a elektronické výměny dat, navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení kvality dat, která jsou přenášena mezi Škodou Auto a jejími dodavateli a která slouží pro optimální řízení procesů, počínaje odvoláváním výrobního materiálu a jeho zaplacením konče. V teoretické části - kapitola dvě až šest - jsou ve stručnosti zmapovány klíčové pojmy z oblasti logistiky a elektronické komunikace, představeny základní systémy přenášející kmenová data a analyzovány procesy v rámci informačního a materiálového toku ve Škoda Auto. Pozornost je zaměřena zejména na výměnu elektronických dodacích listů a chyby, které se v těchto datových přenosech vyskytují. Hlavní snahou je nastínit širokou problematiku závislosti zásobovacího řetězce na informačních technologiích. Praktická část je představena v kapitole sedm a je zaměřena na návrhy opatření, která mohou přispět nejen ke zvýšení kvality dat, ale i k harmonizaci dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů s ohledem na nejnovější poznatky automobilového průmyslu.
The objective of the diploma thesis is, on the basis of surveying and analysing connections between single processes relevant to logistics and electronic data interchange, to propose measures aimed at improving quality of the data, transferred between Škoda Auto and its suppliers that serve for optimal process management - starting from ordering of production material and ending with paying for it. In the theoretical part - Chapter 2-6 - are in brief surveyed the key terms relevant to logistics and electronic communication, presented the basic systems that transfer the stem data and analyzed the processes within the flow of information and materials at Škoda Auto. Attention is paid above all to exchange of the electronic delivery notes and to the errors, which occur in such data transfers. Main effort as concerns this diploma work was dedicated to outline the broad issue in reference to the dependence of the supply chain on the information technologies (IT). The practical part, presented in Chapter 7, concentrates on the draft of measures which might contribute not only to the increase of data quality but also to the harmonisation of the supplier-customer relations with reference to the latest findings in the automotive industry ({\clqq}best practice``).
