Abstract
Bakalářská práce byla zpracována s cílem poskytnout informace o současném stavu cyklistické dopravy v Liberci a okolí a zabývat se otázkou jejího rozvoje. V práci je uveden dokument, Generel cyklistické dopravy z roku 2005, který má za úkol stanovit koncepci rozvoje cyklistické dopravy jakožto součásti dopravního systému města. Dále je předkládán program výstavby cyklistických tras na období 2007-2013, který obsahuje projekty na vybudování cyklistické infrastruktury a jehož záměrem je zlepšení podmínek pro cyklistiku v Liberci. Práce se dále věnovala původním plánům města týkajících se cyklostezky Liberec - Hrádek nad Nisou s cílem zhodnotit její současný stav a budoucí vývoj. Ze zjištěných faktů vyplynulo konstatování, že v Liberci neexistuje ucelená síť cyklistických tras, jelikož v Liberci a okolí nebyly doposud vybudovány takřka žádné stezky. Se stávajícími podmínkami nemohou být spokojeni ani samotní cyklisté, což prozradil anketní průzkum, který byl také součástí práce. Z finančních důvodů však nedozná tato situace v blízké budoucnosti výraznějších změn. Otázka realizace husté sítě cyklistických tras musí prozatím ustoupit do pozadí ostatním zájmům města.
This bachelor Thesis was elaborated with the aim to present some information about the present state of the cycling transport in Liberec and environs and to be engaged in query of the extent. In the Thesis is indicated the document, Generel of the cycling transport from the year 2005, to have as one 's task to appoint an approach of the cycling transport by way of part of the transport system of the city. Then the building programme of the cycling path is submitting to period 2007-2013, which contains some building projects of the cycling infrastructure and its plan is an improvement of the conditions for the cycling in Liberec. The Thesis also attended to the original plans of the city which are concerned with the cycling path Liberec - Hrádek nad Nisou with the aim to valorize a current stadium and future progress of the path. From the statement of facts emerged that in Liberec isn't any compact network of the cycling paths, because till now there weren't builded up practically any paths in Liberec and environs. Bikers can't be satisfied with current conditions too, this fact shows an opinion poll, which was also taked int the Thesis. Thanks to the financial reasons the situation won't be changed in the near future. The question of the network's implementation has to recede into the background of other interests of the city.
