Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu řízení kvality při zavedením nového výrobku do sériové výroby ve společnosti Denso Manufacturing s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o metodách řízení kvality. V této části je také popsán systém řízení kvality ve společnosti Denso Manufacturing s.r.o., který je dále zaměřen na proces řízení kvality při zavádění výrobku do sériové výroby. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou získaných dat, z nichž jsou potom navrženy nápravné opatření a jejich uskutečnění.
Implementation of the product into serial production by ESC process use.This thesis analyzes the current situation of quality control when implemented a new product into the serial production at Denso Manufacturing Ltd. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge and methods of quality control. This section also describes the quality management at Denso Manufacturing Ltd., which is focused on the process of quality management followed especially during the implementation of the product into the serial production. The practical part is focused on data analysis, which finally proposed corrective proceedings and their re-implementation.
