Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala rodinným prostředím klientů Terapeutické komunity ADVAITA. Práce vycházela se současných poznatků o vlivu rodinného prostředí na rozvoj závislosti na drogách. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké je rodinné prostředí klientů, vyhodnotit společné znaky rodinného prostředí a najít souvislosti mezi rodinným prostředím a užíváním drog. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisovala závislost na drogách, možnosti léčby závislosti a rizikové znaky rodiny, které mají vliv na rozvoj závislosti na drogách. Praktická část bakalářské práce zkoumala frekvenci společných znaků rodin 80 klientů a souvislosti mezi jejich rodinným prostředím, závislostí a léčbou. K průzkumu byla použita metoda analýzy dokumentů. Průzkum zjistil, že téměř polovina klientů pocházela z rodiny, kde se rodiče rozešli nebo rozvedli. Pouze jedna pětina klientů žila před léčbou doma u rodičů, více než polovina klientů měla před léčbou nestálé nebo žádné bydlení. Rodiny klientů vykazovaly rizikové znaky nadměrné užívání alkoholu a/nebo zneužívání drog, konflikty, domácí násilí, těžké onemocnění v rodině. Průzkum dále ukázal, že spolupráce s rodinou měla velmi pozitivní vliv na úspěšnost léčby. Bakalářská práce na základě zjištění navrhuje posílit spolupráci s rodinou v průběhu léčby klientů.
The bachelor thesis deals with family environment of clients from Therapeutic community ADVAITA. Thesis is based on the actual knowledge about the influence of family environment on the development of drug addiction. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what was the family environment of clients, evaluate the common characteristics of the family environment and to find a link between family background and drug use. The theoretical part of thesis described drug addiction, options of therapy and risk characteristics of families that have an influence on the development of drug addiction. The practical part of thesis examined the frequency of the common characteristics of families of 80 clients and connections between their family background, addiction and therapy. To the exploration was used a method of document analysing. The exploration found that nearly half of the clients came from families where the parents had been separated or divorced. Only one-fifth of the clients lived before therapy at home with their parents, more than half of the clients had an unstable home or just no home before therapy. Client´s families had the risk characteristics - abnormal use of alcohol and / or drug abuse, conflicts, home violence, serious illness in the family. The exploration also showed that the cooperation with the family had a really positive effect on therapy success. On the basis of the findings, the bachelor thesis proposes to closer cooperation with the family during the client´s therapy.
