Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rodinu pečující o dítě s lehkým mentálním postižením. Zabývá se změnou partnerských vztahů i možnostmi pomoci rodičům s péčí o postižené dítě. Popisuje vliv oborné péče na rodinné vztahy, proces smiřování se s diagnózou dítěte. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování proměny vztahů v rodině s dítětem s mentálním postižením. Zjišťuje, jak se změnily rodinné vztahy v důsledku péče o dítě s mentální retardací. Jakým způsobem rodina zvládá náročné situace a do jaké míry vyhledává odbornou pomoc. Bakalářskou práci tvoří dvě části. V teoretické části jsou pomocí odborné literatury zpracována témata rodiny, procesu smiřování se s diagnózou a problematika mentálního postižení. Pro zpracování praktické části jsou využity metody dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 20 matek pečujících o dítě s lehkým mentálním postižením. Se 4 z nich byl následně veden rozhovor, kterým svoje odpovědi v dotazníku doplnily a upřesnily. Nejdůležitějším zjištěním je, zda rodina úplná či neúplná, jaký je vztah mezi partnery, zda se rodiče smířili s diagnózou postižení dítěte. Pomoc a podpora od partnera, širší rodiny i odborných zařízení. Pro dokreslení dané problematiky je praktická část doplněna kazuistikou rodiny, která pečuje o dítě s lehkým mentálním postižením. Kazuistická studie doplňuje zjištěné výsledky z dotazníků a dokresluje celkovou situaci rodiny, která je neočekávaně postavena před náročnou životní situaci.

This thesis deals with an the change of partner relations and the possibility of helping parents to care for a disabled child. It is aimed of care on family relations, reconciliation with the diagnosis of the child. The aim of the thesis is charting the transformation of relationships within a family with a child with mental disabilities. Find out how family relationships have changed as a result of caring for a child with mental retardation. The most important finding is that the family is complete or incomplete, what is the relationship between the partners, whether the parents come to terms with the diagnosis of the child's disability. Help and support from a partner, extended family and professional equipment. To illustrate the issue the practical part contains case study families caring for a child with mild mental disabilities. Case report complements the results of the questionnaires and completes the overall situation of the family, which is unexpectedly faced with difficult life situations.
