Abstract
Téma bakalářské práce Proces nástupnictví ve vybraném rodinném podniku Je zhodnocení již proběhlého procesu nástupnictví v podniku MS Polygrafie s.r.o., která sídlí u Mladé Boleslavi, a zároveň návrh vhodného dalšího předání. V první části je vymezen pojem rodinný podnik a jsou popsána specifika rodinného podnikání. V této části je také teoreticky popsán proces nástupnictví v rodinných podnicích a možná úskalí, na která se při předání může narazit. V druhé časti je představen vybraný rodinný podnik, je popsán vývoj vlastnické struktury od samotného založení až do současnosti a je popsáno proběhlé nástupnictví. V závěru práce je aplikován teoretický model procesu nástupnictví v rodinném podniku a jsou podána možná doporučení k budoucímu předání podniku.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis Process of succession in a selected family business is to evaluate this process which has already taken place in the company MS Polygrafie s.r.o., which is located near Mladá Boleslav, and at the same time to evaluate the proposal of a suitable further handover. The first part defines the concept of a family business and describes the specifics of the family business. This part also theoretically describes the process of succession in family businesses and possible pitfalls that may be encountered during the handover. The second part introduces the selected family business and describes the development of the ownership structure from the establishment to the present and describes the past succession. At the end of this thesis, a theoretical model of the process of succession in a family business is applied and a possible recommandations for the future transfer of the business is given.
