dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis was design of a center for training of parents with children under three years in Liberec based on the findings of demand and market research. In the introduction part of the work, the history and development of exercise of parents with children is described. The work contains also an overview of the offer of centers focused on physical activities for parents with children which work in Liberec already, followed by a survey detecting requirements and ideas of parents to run the center. The results of these investigations are used for creation of a proposal of a center for training of parents with children. The SWOT analysis was done for the center. The proposal is made in the form of individual tools of the marketing mix. The project is evaluated by calculation of profit and efficiency assessment.en
dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu cntra pro cvičení rodičů s dětmi do tří let v Liberci na základě zjištění poptávky a průzkumu trhu. V úvodu je zmapována historie a vývoj samotného cvičení rodičů s dětmi. Práce obsahuje rovněž přehled nabídky center pro pohybové aktivity rodičů s dětmi, která již v Liberci fungují, dále pak průzkum formou ankety zjišťující požadavky a představy rodičů na chod centra. Výsledky z těchto šetření jsou použity při tvorbě návrhu na centrum pro cvičení rodičů s dětmi. Pro plánované centrum byla zpracována SWOT analýza. Návrh je proveden v podobě jednotlivých nástrojů marketingového mixu. Projekt je vyhodnocen výpočtem hospodářského výsledku a posouzením efektivnosti.cs
