| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí morálních dilemat jako dějových prostředků při budování fantasy světa v románu Šest vran americké autorky Leigh Bardugo. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak morální dilemata ovlivňují nejen vývoj děje a postav, ale také jak přispívají k vytváření propracovaného světa Grishaverse. Práce nejprve vymezuje pojem morálního a etického dilematu, následně představuje teoretický rámec narativních prostředků a světotvorby ve fantasy literatuře. Analytická část se věnuje klíčovým morálním dilematům jednotlivých postav a ukazuje, jak jejich rozhodování odhaluje politické, kulturní a společenské vrstvy tohoto fantasy světa. Závěr práce poukazuje na to, že dilemata v příběhu nejen podněcují napětí a čtenářský zájem, ale zároveň nabízejí kritický pohled na témata jako identita, loajalita a kolektivní odpovědnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor's thesis examines the role of moral dilemmas as plot devices in the world-building of Six of Crows, a novel by the American author Leigh Bardugo. The thesis aims to analyse how moral dilemmas not only drive character development and plot progression but also contribute to the construction of the complex Grishaverse setting. The theoretical part defines moral and ethical dilemmas and introduces narrative strategies and world-building principles in fantasy literature. The analytical part focuses on key moral dilemmas faced by individual characters and demonstrates how their choices reveal the political, cultural, and social dimensions of the fictional world. The thesis concludes that moral dilemmas in the novel not only create narrative tension and engagement but also provide a critical perspective on themes such as identity, loyalty, and collective responsibility. | en |
