dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma analýzy procesů a informačních toků v malém rodinném podniku a jejich následné optimalizace a zefektivnění. V úvodní části práce jsou představeny pojmy Informační management, jeho vztah k znalostnímu managementu a následně je představena znalostní matice DIKW s jejími prvky. Dále je představen pojem mikro, malé a střední podnikání, jeho význam v ekonomickém prostředí České republiky ale i Evropské unie. Dále je představen pojem rodinný podnik a specifika jejich řízení. Ve druhé části práce je představena konkrétní malá rodinná firma z České republiky působící v oboru cukrářství. Jsou popsány její procesy, které jsou následně analyzovány a vyhodnoceny z hlediska efektivity. V závěru jsou navrhnuta optimalizační řešení pro tyto neefektivní procesy a návrh nové informační strategie společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis focuses on the topic of analysis of processes and information flows in a small family enterprise and their subsequent optimization and effectiveness. The introduction of the thesis presents the concepts of Information Management, its relation to knowledge management and subsequently the DIKW knowledge matrix with its elements. The concept of micro, small and medium-sized business is also introduced, as well as its importance in the economic environment of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Further the concept of family business and the specifics of their management are introduced. In the second part of the thesis, a specific small family enterprise from the Czech Republic operating in the field of pastry is presented. Its processes are described, which are subsequently analysed and evaluated in terms of efficiency. In the conclusion, optimization solutions for these inefficient processes are proposed as well as a proposal for a new company information strategy.en
