dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to analyze five different countries according to the given criteria, evaluation of their economic, political and demographic situation. Most importantly, these countries are compared according to the incentives, which they use to attract foreign investors. Based on the acquired information one country will be chosen as the most attractive for foreign investments. The thesis focuses on a description of various ways that allow investors to enter a certain market. Furthermore, it focuses on the business plan and its parts that should not be put aside. All collected information are taken into the consideration and are applied to a specific business case of a real existing company in the practical part of the thesis. Since the author had the opportunity and the possibility to collaborate with the Magna Seating Chomutov, s. r. o. company, the analysis in the practical part concerns this exact company and its expansion abroad. The author describes the company and analyzes five countries in order to pick the most suitable one for the Magna Seating Company.en
dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce je rozbor pěti zemí podle daných kritérií, zhodnocení jejich ekonomické, politické a demografické situace a především pobídek, kterými lákají investory, a na základě získaných informací výběr jedné cílové země, která bude svým prostředím nejatraktivnější pro zahraniční investice. Práce je zaměřena na popis různých forem, prostřednictvím kterých lze na daný trh vstoupit, rozdělených podle náročnosti na investice. Dále se zabývá podnikatelským plánem a jeho částmi, které nesmí společnost při tak důležitém rozhodnutí opomenout, a které jsou aplikovány v praktické části na konkrétním obchodním případu reálné společnosti. Jelikož měla autorka možnost spolupracovat s firmou Magna Seating Chomutov, s. r. o., která chce přesunout část své výrobní činnosti do jedné z těchto pěti zemí, věnuje se v praktické části podrobnějšímu popisu této společnosti a důvodům, proč má zájem o rozšíření své působnosti.cs
