Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá osobou Jana Hejátka. Nejprve je prostor věnován politické situaci po druhé světové válce, sociálním dopadům státní politiky a detailněji je pak diskutována politická situace, problematika odsunu německých obyvatel a osidlování Liberecka i Liberce samotného. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na politické perzekuce a politické procesy související s nastupujícím komunistickým režimem. Jádro práce tvoří kapitola popisující politické procesy s Janem Hejátkem, soudní proces, vazbu i věznění. Prostor je věnován i dopadům věznění Jana Hejátka na jeho rodinu ve formě tzv. mimosoudních perzekucí. Jan Hejátko byl souzen dvakrát, přičemž jeho druhé soudní stíhání je součástí druhého politického procesu bývalého libereckého poslance České strany národně sociální Emila Weilanda. Práce se pokouší alespoň částečně zaznamenat životní osud Jana Hejátka a jeho rodiny v kontextu tehdejšího režimu a poukázat na nesmyslné, mnohdy nezákonné politické procesy a útrapy politických vězňů i jejich nejbližších.
This diploma thesis deals with the person of Jan Hejátko. At first, space is devoted to the political situation after the Second World War, the social impact of state policy, and in more detail the political situation is discussed, the issue of the displacement of the German inhabitants and the settlement of Liberec and Liberec itself. The following is a political persecution and political processes related to the communist regime. The main part of the thesis is a chapter describing political process with Jan Hejátko, the prison, detention and imprisonment. Separate part is also devoted to the implications of the imprisonment of Jan Hejátko to his family in the form of so-called extrajudicial persecutions. Jan Hejátko was kept in prison twice, while his second prosecution is part of the second political process of the former Liberec member of the Czech National Socialist Party, Emil Weiland.The work attempts at least partially to record the life of Jan Hejátko and his family in the context of the regime at that time and to point out the absurd, often illegal, political processes and tribulations of political prisoners and their closest ones.
