Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je pěstounská péče pohledem sociálních pracovnic. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit názory a postoje pracovnic orgánu sociáně-právní ochrany dětí na pěstounskou péči. Jedná se především o názory a postoje na zprostředkování pěstounské péče, na samotné pěstouny a na dávky pěstounské péče.Bakalářská práce se nejprve zabývá teoretickou částí, kdy je popsána rodina, sociálně-právní ochrana dětí a náhradní rodinná péče. Dále je podrobněji popsána samotná pěstounská péče, typy této péče a zprostředkování pěstounské péče. Nakonec je rozebráno i sociální zabezpečení v pěstounské péči prostřednictvím dávek pěstounské péče. V bakalářské práci pro realizaci výzkumu je zvolena metoda kvalitativního šetření, kdy sběr dat byl uskutečněn prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Respondentky ve výzkumy představovaly sociální pracovnice orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Ve výzkumném šetření se zabýváme právě jejich názory a postoji na pěstounskou péči v České republice. Na základě získaných názorů a postojů sociálních pracovnic jsme sestavili navrhovaná opatření.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is foster care from the perspective of social workers. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out social worker´s opinions and attitudes on foster care. Especially opinions and attitudes on meditation of foster care, foster parents and benefits of foster care. First part of bachelor thesis includes theoretical part which describes the family, social and legal protection of children and foster family care. Foster care, types of foster care and mediation of foster care are describe in more details. In the end social security in foster care is analyzed through foster care benefits. For the realization of research is chosen the method if qualitative research by semi-structured interviews. The respondents in the research are social workers of social and legal protection of children. We deal with their views on foster care in the Czech Republic. The proposed measures are drawn up on their opinions and attitudes.
