Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem ekonomických sankcí na platební bilanci Ruské federace v kontextu mezinárodních hospodářských vztahů. Cílem práce je analyzovat změny jednotlivých složek platební bilance (běžného účtu, kapitálového účtu a finančního účtu) v návaznosti na zavedení sankcí ze strany Evropské unie, Spojených států amerických a dalších států po roce 2014 a 2022. Práce kombinuje analýzu makroekonomických dat s kvalitativním hodnocením politicko-ekonomického kontextu. Výsledky ukazují, že sankce měly zásadní dopad na strukturu ruské ekonomiky a její vztahy se zahraničím, přičemž se projevily zejména ve snížení přílivu přímých zahraničních investic, změně exportní struktury a přechodném zlepšení běžného účtu díky poklesu dovozu. Práce rovněž diskutuje adaptační strategie Ruské federace a vyhodnocuje jejich účinnost z hlediska dlouhodobé udržitelnosti ekonomické stability.
This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of economic sanctions on the balance of payments of the Russian Federation in the context of international economic relations. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the changes in individual components of the balance of payments (current account, capital account and financial account) in the wake of the imposition of sanctions by the European Union, the United States and other countries after 2014 and 2022. The thesis combines the analysis of macroeconomic data with a qualitative assessment of the political-economic context. The results show that sanctions have had a major impact on the structure of the Russian economy and its relations with foreign countries, manifesting themselves mainly in a reduction in FDI inflows, a change in the export structure and a temporary improvement in the current account due to a decline in imports. The paper also discusses the adaptation strategies of the Russian Federation and assesses their effectiveness in terms of the long-term sustainability of economic stability.
