Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli a využití business intelligence (BI) technologií v podnikovém prostředí. V teoretické části práce je poskytnut přehled o základech BI, moderních trendech, integraci BI nástrojů a je představeno několik dostupných nástrojů na trhu. Praktická část práce se věnuje konkrétnímu podniku, ve kterém autor vykonal praxi, a podrobně popisuje proces vytvoření a evaluace dashboardu ve vybraném BI nástroji. Součástí je také porovnání představených BI nástrojů. Práce zdůrazňuje důležitost BI v současném podnikatelském prostředí a jeho přínosy pro podnik.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the role and utilization of business intelligence (BI) technologies in a business environment. The theoretical part provides an overview of the fundamentals of BI, modern trends, the integration of BI tools, and presents several available tools on the market. The practical part of the thesis examines a specific company, where the author undertook an internship, and details the process of creating and evaluating a dashboard using a selected BI tool. It also includes a comparison of the introduced BI tools. The thesis emphasizes the importance of BI in the current business environment and its benefits for the company.
