Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat fungování a financování příspěvkové organizace Technických služeb města Jičína. Organizace patří do veřejného sektoru ekonomiky, proto jsou v práci charakterizovány pojmy jako veřejné statky, neziskové organizace, místní správa i druhy dotací. Na příkladu konkrétní organizace je popsán chod a struktura podniku a skladba jeho financování s bližším zaměřením na dotace. Dotace jsou důležitým zdrojem finančních prostředků firem a v dnešní době poskytovatelé dotací často vyžadují vypracování Cost-Benefit analýzy. Záměrem práce je tak dát prostřednictvím konkrétního projektu návod k tomu, jak postupovat při zhotovování této analýzy, a představit úskalí, se kterými je možné se při realizaci podobných projektů setkat.
The goal of this thesis is to describe the operation and financing of budgetary organization Technical Services of Jičín. The organization belongs to the public sector of the economy, that is why there are featured some terms such as public goods, non-profit organizations, local administration and other types of subsidies. On the example of a particular organization there are described the operation and a structure of the company and the composition of its financing that is focused on subsidies. Subsidies are an important source of funds for many companies and nowadays subsidy providers often require cost-benefit analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate on specific project how to proceed in making this analysis and to present difficulties which project realization may bring.
