Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem první pomoci a bezpečnosti dětí ve výuce výchovy ke zdraví na 1. stupni základních škol. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak jsou tyto oblasti zakotveny ve školním vzdělávacím procesu, a vytvořit praktické materiály pro pedagogy s cílem podpořit efektivní výuku těchto témat.
Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení problematiky v rámci Rámcového vzdělávacího programu, psychický a fyziologický vývoj žáka na 1. stupni ZŠ a širší koncept zdraví včetně jeho determinant. Dále jsou popsány klíčové složky bezpečnosti, důležité kontakty a orgány krizového řízení, metodika výuky první pomoci a význam prevence nemocí, úrazů a drobných poranění. Pozornost je rovněž věnována využití lékárničky a její roli ve školním prostředí.
Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření sborníku didaktických her, aktivit, pracovních listů a pomůcek, které mají pedagogům usnadnit výuku první pomoci a bezpečnostních opatření na 1. stupni ZŠ. Tento sborník představuje konkrétní návrhy a inspirace pro aktivní a zážitkovou formu vzdělávání v oblasti výchovy ke zdraví.
Výsledky práce ukazují, že hravé a interaktivní přístupy mohou výrazně přispět k lepšímu osvojení zásad první pomoci a bezpečného chování u mladších školních dětí.
This thesis deals with the topic of first aid and safety for children in health education lessons at the primary school level. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how these areas are embedded in the school educational process and to create practical materials for educators to support the effective teaching of these topics. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the issues within the Framework Educational Program, the psychological and physiological development of students at the primary school level, and the broader concept of health, including its determinants. It also describes key components of safety, important contacts and crisis management bodies, first aid teaching methodology, and the importance of disease, injury, and minor injury prevention. Attention is also given to the use of first aid kits and their role in the school environment. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the creation of a compendium of didactic games, activities, worksheets, and aids aimed at facilitating the teaching of first aid and safety measures at the primary school level. This compendium presents specific suggestions and inspirations for active and experiential forms of health education. The results of the thesis show that playful and interactive approaches can significantly contribute to better mastering the principles of first aid and safe behavior in younger school children.
