dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda se absolventi tiskařských oborů během svého studia naučí pracovat s moderními technologiemi, které se využívají v polygrafickém průmyslu. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda klasické středně velké ofsetové tiskárny využívají technologie spjaté s Průmyslem 4.0, a uvést možná řešení a doporučení pro ekonomickou praxi. Diplomová práce je členěna do několika hlavních kapitol. V první z nich jsou charakterizovány průmyslové revoluce a jejich největší milníky a vynálezy. V této kapitole jsou také popsány Kondratěvovy cykly a jejich souvislost s jednotlivými průmyslovými revolucemi. Druhá kapitola popisuje vývoj polygrafie. Je zde nastíněn vývoj tisku od ranných počátků až po nejmodernější technologie využívané v tiskových zařízeních. Třetí kapitola teoreticky charakterizuje nástroje a aplikace Průmyslu 4.0. Následuje kapitola, jejímž tématem je připravenost firem v České republice na Průmysl 4.0. Data pochází z průzkumu, který provedl Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR. Další podkapitolu tvoří dokument Iniciativa Průmyslu 4.0, jenž obsahuje SWOT analýzu popisující silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby České republiky ve vztahu k Průmyslu 4.0. Dále jsou zde nastíněny možné dopady Průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce, kvalifikaci pracovníků a vzdělávací systém. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá ofsetovými tiskárnami a daty o technologiích, které využívají. Rovněž bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření o připravenosti absolventů oboru tiskař na moderní technologie, s nimiž mohou pracovat v tiskových společnostech. Na závěr jsou v diplomové práci uvedena možná řešení a doporučení, která mohou zlepšit postavení ofsetových tiskáren a absolventů při práci s nástroji Průmyslu 4.0.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the diploma thesis is to reveal whether the graduates of the print studies can learn how to work with modern technologies during their studies, which are used in the printing industry. Another aim was to discover whether the classic medium-size offset printing firms use the technologies related to Industry 4.0, and to provide possible solutions and recommendations for practical work in economy. The diploma thesis is divided into several main chapters. The first of them characterises industrial revolutions and their biggest milestones and inventions. This chapter also describes Kondratiev waves and their relation to individual industrial revolutions. The second chapter describes development of printing. It outlines the development of the print from the early beginning to the latest technologies used in printing institutions. The third chapter characterises theoretically the tools and applications of Industry 4.0. Then follows a chapter dealing with a readiness of the Czech Republic firms for Industry 4.0. The data were obtained from a survey implemented by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic. The next sub-chapter contains a document Initiative Industry 4.0, which contains a SWOT analysis describing the strong and weak points, chances and threats for the Czech Republic in relation to Industry 4.0. Furthermore, possible impacts of Industry 4.0 on the labour market, employees´ qualification and educational system are outlined. The fourth chapter deals with offset printers and the data about the technologies they use. Also a questionnaire research was implemented about a readiness of print studies for modern technologies which they can use in printing companies. The conclusion of the diploma thesis provides possible solutions and recommendations which can improve the position of offset printing firms and graduates through a usage of Industry 4.0 tools.	en
