Abstract
Tématem diplomové práce jsou finanční a nefinanční ukazatele a jejich úloha v hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Teoretická část práce obsahuje v jednotlivých kapitolách popis přístupů k hodnocení výkonnosti podniku, postupů získávání a ověřování informací pro hodnocení podniku, vybrané metody finanční analýzy a charakteristiku nefinančních ukazatelů včetně postupu jejich zjišťování a hodnocení. V praktické části práce, která je samostatnou kapitolou diplomové práce, jsou popsány způsoby hodnocení podniku využívané managementem vybraného podniku i jeho akcionáři. Na základě teoretických východisek jsou aplikovány vybrané ukazatele v letech 2010 až 2015, včetně jejich hodnocení a sledování závislosti mezi vybranými ukazateli. Současně jsou využity testy hypotézy o korelačních koeficientech. Součástí práce jsou také doporučená opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu dané problematiky ve vybraném podniku především v oblasti stanovení vhodných ukazatelů a jejich komunikaci směrem k akcionářům.
The topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of financial and non-financial indicators and their role within the selected company. The theoretical part consists in each chapter of the description of approaches to the company performance evaluation, processes of gaining and verifying information for the company evaluation, selected methods of the financial analysis and characteristics of non-financial indicators including the process of their determination and evaluation. The practical part, which is a separate chapter of the diploma thesis, describes the methods of company evaluation used by the management and shareholders of the selected company. The selected indicators are applied between the years from 2010 to 2015, including their evaluation and monitoring of dependence between the selected indicators with the use of the test of the correlation coefficients hypothesis. The diploma thesis also comprises of recommended measures for improvement of the current situation of the issue in the selected company, particularly in the area of determination of proper indicators and their communication towards the shareholder.
