dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá pevností polypropylenových přízí, přičemž jejím cílem je určit kritický zákrutový koeficient. Teoretická část je věnována polypropylenovým vláknům, vlastnostem přízí, vlivům na pevnost a modelům predikce pevnosti staplových přízí. Experimentální část obsahuje principy měření, naměřené a zpracované výsledky vlastností vybraných vzorků prstencových přízí o jmenovité jemnosti 20tex, 25tex, 29,5tex a kompaktních přízí o jmenovité jemnosti 25tex. Stanovení kritického zákrutového koeficientu, porovnání získaných hodnot s bavlněnými přízemi a s modely na projektování pevností přízí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis concerns the polypropylene yarn strength whereas it´s goal is to set a critical yarn coefficient. The theoretical part deals with polypropylene fibres, natures of yarns, effects on strength and models of the staple yarn strength prediction. The experimental part includes the principles of measurements, measured and processed results of the nature of the selected ring yarn samples with a specified fineness of 20tex, 25tex, 29.5tex, and compact yarns with a specified fineness of 25tex. It also refers to the assessment of the critical twist coefficient, the comparison of obtained values with cotton yarns and with the models of yarn strength designing.en
