dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat podobu okresní organizace Komunistické strany Československa v období tzv. normalizace na úrovni okresního a městského výboru KSČ v Ústí nad Labem a také na úrovni základních organizací. Práce sleduje organizační a personální aspekty jejich fungování, složení členské základny, výběr nových členů, resp. kandidátů členství či disciplinační prvky, včetně stranických čistek v roce 1970 a jejich dopadů. V centru pozornosti je realizace vedoucí úlohy KSČ v rámci okresu Ústí nad Labem a rovněž fungování kádrové nomenklatury. Údaje jsou načerpány především z archivních fondů uložených v Archivu města Ústí nad Labem, z odborné literatury a dobového tisku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of this bachelor thesis is to survey the scheme of district organization of the Communist Party of the Czechoslovakia (KSČ) in the period of so-called normalization at the level of district and municipal committees KSČ in Ústí nad Labem and the level of the fundamental organizations. Thesis monitors organizational and personal aspects of their function, structure of the member base, selection of new members, in other words, candidates for membership, or disciplinary elements, including cadre cleansing in 1970 and their effects. At the centre of attention is implementation of the Communist Party leading role in the district of Ústí nad Labem as well as function of cadre nomenclature. Information is exploited mainly in archival fonds kept in Archiv města Ústí nad Labem, in specialized literature and old newspapers.	en
