Abstract
Tématem bakalářská práce je Učitel a jeho úloha při odhalování domácího násilí na dětech. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat úlohu a možnosti učitele při odhalování domácího násilí na dětech a zjistit, jaké varovné signály je na ně upozorní. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. První kapitola teoretické části se zabývá definicí, znaky, formami, aktéry, příčinami, cyklem, prevencí a legislativou domácího násilí. Druhá kapitola se věnuje dětem jako obětem domácího násilí. Dále jsou zde popsány nejčastější formy a důsledky domácího násilí na dětech. Významnou kapitolou v teoretické části je poslední kapitola Učitel, která se věnuje definici povolání učitele, jeho osobnosti a kompetencím. Uvedená kapitola popisuje úlohu učitele při odhalování domácího násilí. V této kapitole je pozornost zaměřena na úlohu učitele v oblasti prevence, komunikace s dítětem - obětí domácího násilí, oznamovací povinnosti, spolupráce s poradenskými pracovníky ve škole a s vybranými organizacemi a také na jeho znalosti týkající se organizací. Empirická část se nejprve věnuje průzkumu, který se uskutečnil prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s učiteli, kteří během své pedagogické praxe odhalili domácí násilí na dětech. Výsledky z rozhovorů jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty na konci této kapitoly. V závěru práce najdeme i možná doporučení, jak násilí na dětech předcházet, odhalovat a řešit.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the Teacher and his role in detecting domestic violence against children. The main goal of this work is to describe the role and possibilities of the teacher in detecting domestic violence against children and to find out what warning signs alert them to it. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the definition, signs, forms, actors, causes, cycle, prevention and legislation of domestic violence. The second chapter deals with children as victims of domestic violence. Furthermore, the most common forms and consequences of domestic violence against children are described here. An important chapter in the theoretical part is the last chapter Teacher, which is devoted to the definition of the teacher's profession, his personality and competences. The given chapter describes the role of the teacher in detecting domestic violence. In this chapter, attention is focused on the role of the teacher in the field of prevention, communication with the child - a victim of domestic violence, reporting obligations, cooperation with counseling staff at school and with selected organizations, as well as his knowledge of organizations. The empirical part first deals with the survey, which was carried out through a semi-structured interview with teachers who discovered domestic violence against children during their teaching practice. The results from the interviews are evaluated and summarized at the end of this chapter. At the end of the work, we will also find possible recommendations on how to prevent, detect and solve violence against children.
