Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou barvení polyamidových stuh na černý odstín. Tato práce je koncipovaná na dvě samostatné části. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako jsou stuha, polyamid, barvení, chemikálie a vztahy mezi nimi. Experimentální část popisuje výzkum barvení, který proběhl formou pokusů v laboratořích Technické univerzity v Liberci. Navrhovaný průběh postupů se zaměřil na změnu obsahu barviva v lázni, změnu druhu barviva, rozdílné teploty při fixaci. U výsledných vzorků se provádělo měření barevnosti, stanovení pevnosti a zkoušky otěru a stálosti v praní.
The bachelor work deals with problems of colouring polyamide ribbons into a black colour. The aim of the theoretical part is to explain terms, such as a ribbon, polyamide, colouring, chemicals and relations among them. The experimental part analyzes the research of colouring. The tests took place at the University of Liberec. The aim of methods was to analyze a different content of pigments in the bath, the type modification of pigments and different temperatures used for the stabilization. End products were tested for the variegation, compactness and wear and tear during the washing.
