Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou osobních nákladů v obchodní korporaci. Tyto náklady vznikají v souvislosti s využitím lidského kapitálu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy související s využitím lidských zdrojů pro výkon závislé práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu osobních nákladů ve vybrané společnosti Medsix s.r.o. a doporučení jejich případné optimalizace. Předmětem práce bylo též vyhodnocení přínosů a rizik, které by souvisely s využitím nelegálních optimalizačních metod. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky zkoumání a jsou navržena možná řešení, která by měla vést k legální optimalizaci osobních nákladů vybrané korporace.
This Bachelor Thesis deals with an analysis of personnel costs in a business corporation. These costs arise from the use of human capital. This work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the basic terms related to the use of human resouces for dependent work are presented. The practical part is focused on analyzing the personnel costs in a selected corporation Medsix s.r.o., and recommending their possible optimization. The subject of this work was also evaluating the benefits and risks that would be related to the use of illegal optimization methods. In the final part of the thesis, the result of the research are evaluated, and possible solution are proposed, which should lead to legal optimization of the personnel costs of the selected corporation.
