dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce Řízení logistických toků ve vybraném podniku se zabývá analýzou logistických toků ve společnosti Seco Industries, s.r.o. a následným návrhem doporučení na zlepšení ve vybraných interních oblastech společnosti. Rešeršní část se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska řízení materiálového toku a jeho skladování. V aplikační části je zprvu představen profil společnosti, poté se diplomová práce věnuje charakteristice procesů v oblasti toku materiálu, která je následována analýzou jeho současného stavu. Na základě zjištěných skutečností diplomová práce poukazuje na kritické oblasti ve společnosti, které byly shledány v procesu vyskladnění drobných zásob. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení na odstranění nedostatků v oblasti interní logistiky spolu s ekonomickým zhodnocením navrhované investice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis called Managing logistics flows in a selected company deals with the analysis of logistic flows in the company Seco Industries, s.r.o. and with the subsequent suggestion for improvement in the given internal areas of the company. The theoretical section is focused on the basis of the material flow management and its storage. The practical section of the diploma thesis is initially aimed at the introduction of the company profile, then it is concerned with the characterization of the processes of in the field of material flow, which is followed by the analysis of the current state of the given section. On the basis of the facts, the diploma thesis points to the critical area in the company, which have been found in the process of picking up small stocks. In conclusion, there are recommendations for the elimination of internal logistic deficiencies together with the economic evaluation of the proposed investment.	en
