Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je život jedince s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Cílem této práce je popsat specifika života jedince s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. První část se zabývá definicí dětské mozkové obrny, včetně příčin a různých typů této diagnózy. Zároveň je v práci definovaný pojem ucelená rehabilitace a její spojitost s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část se pak zaměřuje na rehabilitační zařízení, konkrétně na lázně v České republice. Dále je v teoretické části popsán systém vzdělávání a sociální služby, které jsou jedincům s DMO k dispozici. Následně jsou zmíněny možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce a bydlení jedinců s DMO. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována finanční podpoře a způsobům, jak jsou jedinci s touto diagnózou podporováni, aby mohli žít plnohodnotný život. Empirická část má za cíl zmapovat život jedince s dětskou mozkovou obrnou prostřednictvím dvou dotazníkových šetření. První dotazník je zaměřen na rodiče a jejich děti s postižením, zatímco druhý dotazník je určen pro dospělé jedince s touto diagnózou. Průzkum se soustředí na oblasti vzdělávání, sociálních služeb, zaměstnání, rehabilitace a bydlení. Empirická část zahrnuje diskuzi, v níž autorka vyhodnocuje tuto část a prezentuje své názory.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the life of individuals with cerebral palsy. The aim of this thesis is to describe the specifics of life for individuals with cerebral palsy. The first part deals with the definition of cerebral palsy, including its causes and various types of this diagnosis. Additionally, the concept of comprehensive rehabilitation and its connection to cerebral palsy is defined in the thesis. The theoretical part then focuses on rehabilitation facilities, specifically on spas in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the education system and social services available to individuals with cerebral palsy. Subsequently, the possibilities of employment and housing for individuals with cerebral palsy are mentioned. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to financial support and ways in which individuals with this diagnosis are supported to live a full life. The empirical part aims to map the life of individuals with cerebral palsy through two survey questionnaires. The first questionnaire is focused on parents and their children with disabilities, while the second questionnaire is intended for adult individuals with this diagnosis. The survey focuses on areas such as education, social services, employment, rehabilitation, and housing. The empirical part includes a discussion in which the author evaluates this section and presents her opinions.
