Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem krizové intervence a supervize, konkrétně
významem supervize pro pracovníky v krizové intervenci. Práce se zabývá metodologií
supervize, jejími druhy a formami, jejím procesem a také účelem. Část práce je také
věnována kontraktu a osobnosti supervizora, jelikož oba aspekty hrají v supervizi
důležitou roli. V teoretické části je popsána krizová intervence jako metoda sociální práce pro lepší pochopení potřeby supervize v této oblasti. Empirická část je věnována průzkumu s cílem zjistit, jak pracovníci vybraného pracoviště krizové intervence reflektují význam supervize pro výkon jejich profese. V závěru empirické části je závěrečná diskuse k výsledkům průzkumu. Hlavní zjištění průzkumu je, že supervize zde slouží především jako nástroj prevence syndromu vyhoření. V závěru práce jsou uvedená doporučení, která by v praxi mohla pomoci organizaci lépe uchopit supervizi jako nástroj zvyšování kvality organizace.
The Thesis "The Importance of Supervision for Crisis Intervention Specialists" is concerned with the topic of crisis intervention and supervision, particularly the value of supervision for workers in crisis intervention. The thesis is focused on the methodology of supervision, its kinds and forms, its process and purpose. Part of the thesis is dedicated to a contract and personality of supervisor, because both aspects have important role in supervision. The chapter of the theoretical part describes crisis intervention as a method of social work for better understanding of the need for supervision in the mentioned area. The empirical part is dedicated to a survey with the goal of discovering how the workers of the chosen workplace reflect the significance of their profession. The empirical part´s conclusion is a final discussion about the survey results. The main fading of the survey is that supervision is instrumental primaly towards preventing burnout. There are some recommendations at the end of the thesis, which could help the organisation better grasp supervision as a tool for improving the quality of the organization.
