Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí, které je pácháno na dětech a na jedincích s mentální retardací (děti, dospělí). Smyslem a cílem celé práce je charakterizovat problematiku domácího násilí páchaného na dětech a na jedincích s mentálním postižením. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části.
This dissertation deals with issues of domestic violence which is committed against children and individuals with mental retardation (children and adults). A purpose and a target of the whole dissertation is to define the issues of domestic violence committed against children and individuals with mental retardation.
