dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na potenciál dohody o volném obchodu mezi zeměmi Evropské unie a zeměmi Mercosur pro český automobilový průmysl. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké úspory asociační dohoda přinese obchodním partnerům v oblasti automotive. Text je rozdělen do tří částí, kdy první popisuje společnou obchodní politiku EU a vztahy se zeměmi Mercosur, druhá se věnuje metodickým postupům a třetí je aplikuje a vyhodnocuje závěry. Přínos dohody mezi EU a Mercosurem je posuzován na případové studii společnosti Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o., která sídlí v České republice a jejímž hlavním předmětem činnosti je výroba automobilových plastových součástí. Závěry této diplomové práce naznačují, že dopady dohody pro podniky v sektoru automotive budou příznivé a po postupném odstraňování tarifních a netarifních překážek přinesou většině automotive podnikům velké finanční úspory. Otevření nových trhů zemí Mercosur však bude mít pro evropské automobilky a jejich subdodavatele s ohledem na velkou geografickou vzdálenost spíše nepřímý vliv.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis focuses on the potential of the free trade agreement between the countries of the European Union and the countries of Mercosur for the Czech automotive industry. The aim of this thesis is to find out what savings the mutual trade agreement between the mentioned countries will bring to business partners in the automotive sector. The text is divided into three parts, with the first describing the EU's common trade policy and relations with Mercosur countries, the second discussing its methodical procedures, and the third applying them and evaluating the conclusions. The benefits of the EU-Mercosur agreement are assessed through the case study of Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o., which is based in the Czech Republic, producing automobile plastic parts. The conclusions of this diploma thesis indicate that the effects of the agreement for companies in the automotive sector will be favorable and, after the gradual removal of tariff and non-tariff barriers, will bring major financial savings to most automotive companies. However, the opening of the new Mercosur markets will have a rather indirect effect on European carmakers and their subcontractors, given the large geographical distance.	en
