Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití informačních a komunikačních technologií (dále jen ICT) ve zdravotnictví. Dnešní doba internetu dává šanci vývoji nových technologií, které se více či méně dotýkají všech odvětví. Výjimkou tedy není ani oblast zdravotnictví, která je v současnosti na počátku kompletní elektronizace. Práce se zabývá vývojem ICT ve zdravotnictví až po jeho současnou podobu. Hlavním záměrem této práce je ale představení systému e-Health. V rámci seznámení s tímto pojmem je uvedena charakteristika tohoto systému a přínosy plynoucí pro pacienty, lékaře i management nemocnice. Práce obsahuje také úspěšné i méně úspěšné projekty, které se v této oblasti vyskytují. Zde je uvedena problematika e-Receptů, ePacs či známé Internetové zdravotní knížky. Opomenuty nejsou ani negativa a bezpečnostní či jiná rizika spojená s využitím technologií. Závěr je věnován ekonomickým přínosům informačních technologií a budoucím trendům, které můžeme ve zdravotnictví očekávat.
The application of ICT in healthcareThe bachelor thesis is focused on the application of information and communication technologies (hereinafter only ICT) in healthcare. Today's Internet time gives a chance to develop new technologies that are more or less relevant to all sectors. The exception is even not the health sector, which is at the beginning of complete electronization. The thesis deals with the development of ICT in the healthcare system up to its present form. The main aim of this work is to present the e-Health system. The introduction of this concept is based on the characteristics of this system and its benefits to patients, doctors and hospital management. The work also includes successful and less successful projects in this area. The issues of e-Recipes, ePacs, or the well-known Internet Health Booklet are also discussed. Negatives and safety or other risks associated with the use of technology are also not omitted. The conclusion is devoted to the economic benefits of information technology and future trends that are expected in healthcare.
