Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění, jaký obraz o učiteli a jeho profesi je vytvářen českou veřejnoprávní televizí. Obraz je prezentován na základě analýzy dat z hlavní zpravodajské relace České televize za jeden kalendářní rok - 2019. Pomocí obsahové analýzy videozáznamů a následné analýzy kvalitativní ukazujeme, kolik prostoru je učitelské tematice věnováno, která témata týkající se učitelů a jejich profese jsou pro tvůrce zpravodajství a veřejnost důležitá, jaký výsledný obraz divákovi Česká televize předkládá a jakým způsobem na jeho vytvoření podílí.
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out what media image about the teacher and his profession is created by Czech public service television. The media image is presented on the basis of analysis of data from the main news broadcast of Czech Television in term of one calendar year - 2019. Using content analysis of video recordings and subsequent qualitative analysis, we show how much space is devoted to topics about teachers, which topics related to teachers and their professions are important for news creators and the public, what final image is presented by Czech television to the viewer and how it participates in its creation.
